Dr. Mike Mycoskie is not just a master of the scalpel but also a maestro of words. His illustrious journey is an inspirational and profound leap from renowned orthopedic surgeon, healing the physical to enriching the mind and soul through the power of language, encapsulated within the walls of the AIM Gallery in Vail.

Dr. Mycoskie, alongside his best friend and wife of 54 years, Pam, an entrepreneur and highly acclaimed cookbook author, bid farewell to Texas to make their home in Beaver Creek where they reside with their three dogs.

Established in the bustling heart of Vail, Dr. Mycoskie's AIM Gallery is a shrine to the might of affirmations, inspiration, and motivation. This unique venue is not only a tribute to Dr. Mycoskie's dedication to fostering communal well-being but also a space that reflects his belief in the transformative power of supportive words. It's here that the ethos of the Mycoskie family,
deeply rooted in the practice of leaving motivational notes around their home, has blossomed into a broader communal philosophy and appreciation for the power of words.

This practice, simple in its execution but profound in its impact, began with small Post-it notes- affirmations, inspiration and motivation placed on mirrors, walls, and in nooks and crannies around their family home. These notes, penned with care by the Mycoskie children became a family practice and daily seeds of growth and self-belief that germinated into robust trees of achievement. They were the silent yet potent reminders that helped propel each family member forward, culminating messages of hope and self-belief.

The legacy of the Mycoskie family is further exemplified by the achievements of their children. Blake Mycoskie, a philanthropist, and author founded TOMS Shoes and initiated the impactful One for One movement. Paige Mycoskie, as an artist and fashion designer, gave life to Aviator
Nation, a burgeoning lifestyle brand. Tyler Mycoskie, an entrepreneur and avid golfer, founded Dollar Driver Club, revolutionizing how golfers acquire drivers.

Today, these messages of positivity have not only propelled their children to success but have also been passed down to a new generation of five grandchildren. The Post-it story, integral to the gallery's inception, will continue as visitors are encouraged to leave their own notes, contributing to the living legacy of the Mycoskie family's tradition.

Dr. Mycoskie's AIM Gallery is more than an exhibition space- it';s an incubator for positive transformation. Each piece, from grand canvases to detailed smaller works, acts as a catalyst for reflection, igniting joy and promoting a positive mindset. The gallery's ambiance is a vibrant hub for visitors to experience the uplifting power of art that transcends words, fostering a sense of joy
and inspiration.

By creating a nexus where art and action converge, the AIM Gallery enriches Vail's cultural fabric, offering an invitation to all to immerse in the potency of words and to explore the influence they wield over our lives. Dr. Mike Mycoskie continues to harness the serene beauty of Vail and the resilience of the human spirit, ensuring the AIM Gallery stands as a beacon of creativity and hope. The AIM Gallery is not just a destination but a journey into the realm of introspective art, set to open its doors this summer at the Solaris Building in Vail. A visit promises an engagement with the transformative power of words, articulated through the medium of art in a way never experienced before.
